History

MedBioWorld.com was founded in Austria as Sciencekomm.at by Dr. Mark Brownlow in the mid-1990's and brought to the US in 2001 by a US publishing company. It was acquired in 2004 by Healthnostics, Inc., a publicly traded US company (symbol - HNSS) and subsequently acquired by a private company, MedBioWeb Corp., in 2010.
